Salsa Eggs Easy Breakfast Burrito With Hot Sauce

Hot sauce and salsa make these scrambled egg breakfast burritos outstanding for quick breakfast idea.

1 knife
1 measuring cup
1 Spatula
- 3 Green onions, diced Separate white parts from green.
- 10 Eggs
- ½ cup Old cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Salsa
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 7 Lrg. tortilla wraps
Chop the green onions into small pieces. Separate the white part from the green.
Crack eggs into bowl.
Chop cheese into small cubes.
Put butter in hot pan. Let melt.
Add eggs and white onion parts. Use a spatula to mix as they cook.
When scrambled eggs are almost complete add the salsa and cheese. Continue to cook.
When eggs are finished spoon onto tortilla for rolling.
Add a few raw green onion stems.
Add your choice of hot sauce! Wrap and enjoy.
