This easy sweet peach biscuit cobbler is infused with cinnamon spice and topped with a light biscuit topping. The whole recipe comes together fairly quickly for a delicious fruit dessert the whole family will love.

Sweet Peach Cobbler Fruit Filling 8 Peaches Pitted and cut up 1 Egg ⅔ Cup Sugar Biscuit Cobbler Topping 1 Cup Flour 2 Tsp Baking Powder ¼ Tsp Salt 2 Tbsp Sugar ¼ Cup Butter Softened ¼+2 Cup Milk ¼+2 Tbsps ½ Tsp Cinnamon
Sweet Peach Cobbler Fruit Filling After peeling the peaches cut into bite sized pieces.
In a small mixing bowl add egg and whisk till fluffy.
Add in the sugar and whisk egg and sugar until creamy yellow.
Fold the peaches into the egg sugar mixture.
Spread the peach filling into a prepared eight by eight baking pan.
Biscuit Cobbler Topping Mix dry ingredients together.
Cut in the softened butter until it resembles coarse meal.
Make a well in the center and add the milk.
Mix well. If you find the dough too dry add a tbsp more milk as needed to form soft dough.
*Optional turn out onto lightly floured work surface and knead gently until soft ball forms.
Crumble the biscuit topping onto the fruit so as to cover the surface while allowing some fruit to remain seen.
Bake in preheated 400℉ oven for 20-25 minutes or until a nice golden brown.
Remove from oven and serve while warm.
