This simple to make smoky BBQ sauce with brown sugar is made within minutes and tastes phenomenal! The rich thick sauce coats all your favorite bbq meats, can be used as a dipping sauce for wings and chicken tenders, or drizzled on your next bbq chicken pizza.   • Medium Saucepan
  • measuring cup
  • Whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Tomato Paste
  • 3 Tbsp Liquid Hickory Smoke
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat saucepan on medium-high heat.
  • Add all the ingredients.
    1 Cup Ketchup, 1 Cup Brown Sugar, ¼ Cup Tomato Paste, 3 Tbsp Liquid Hickory Smoke, 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Lower to simmer.
  • Cook stirring continuously to prevent burning until brown sugar dissolves.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Store unused sauce in mason jar with lid in fridge.
  • Be sure to let fully cool before adding the lid to prevent condensation forming in jar.
