Ingredients
  

  • 3 Lrg Avocados Mushed
  • ¼ Cup Tomato Diced
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • Salt Pinch

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the avocado pit. Scoop the avocado flesh into a large bowl.

  • Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados to your preferred texture. Some people prefer chunky guacamole while others like it smoother.
  • Add the seasoned rice vinegar, cumin, and a pinch of salt to the mashed avocado. Stir well so the seasoning distributes evenly.
    1 Tsp Cumin, 2 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar, Salt
  • Fold in the diced tomato and mix gently until everything is combined.
    ¼ Cup Tomato
  • Taste the guacamole and adjust if needed. You can add another pinch of salt or a splash more rice vinegar depending on how bright you want the flavor.
  • Serve immediately with crunchy tortilla chips, tacos, or burrito bowls.

Notes

Notes:
• Hass avocados are the best choice for guacamole because they become creamy when mashed.
• If the avocados are firm, allow them to ripen at room temperature before making the guacamole.
• To store leftover guacamole, place it in an airtight container and press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole to limit browning.
