Pizza Dough Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

This easy to make pizza dough garlic pull-apart bread is a freshly baked loaf the whole family will love. The minced fresh garlic adds a robust flavor to the saltiness of the butter baked in between each layer of fluffy golden pizza dough layers. Ingredients
  

Garlic Bread

  • 1 Pre-Made Pizza Dough Ball Store-Bought
  • ¾ Cup Garlic Herb Butter

Garlic Herb Butter

  • ¾ Cup Salted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Parsley

Instructions
 

Garlic Herb Butter

  • Soften the salted butter so that its workable. Add to small bowl.
    ¾ Cup Salted Butter
  • Peel and mince five-six large cloves of garlic. Measure two generous tablespoons to the bowl with the butter.
    2 Tbsp Garlic
  • Measure two rounded tablespoons of dried parsley and add to the bowl. Mix together well. Set aside.
    2 Tbsp Dry Parsley

The Garlic Bread

  • Preheat oven to 400℉
  • Take the pizza dough in hands and work at pulling and stretching until a long rectangle shape forms.
    1 Pre-Made Pizza Dough Ball
  • Put down on lightly floured work surface and continue with the rolling pin to shape into a long rectangle.
  • Use back of tablespoon from butter and smear the entire piece of dough with all the butter. Reserve one tablespoon for after baking.
    ¾ Cup Garlic Herb Butter
  • Using sharp knife cut the length of the pizza dough in half. Then cut into 8 squares, four from each side of dough.
  • Stack the dough piece by piece garlic butter side up. Layer on its side in an ungreased loaf pan.
  • Baked for 20-25 minutes in a hot oven. The top of the bread should be a golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let pan and bread cool on wire rack.
  • Brush the top of the bread with remaining garlic butter.
  • Once cooled slightly turn out from loaf pan and serve.
