This easy orange cranberry baked turkey breast makes a perfect sized Thanksgiving or Christmas entree. With a few simple ingredients you can wow guests with a flavorful holiday entree. The bright red cranberries and orange double as garnish making a festive feast the whole family will love.

6 lb Boneless Skinless Turkey Breasts Two Large Breasts 1 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Black Pepper 1 Cup Whole Cranberries Fresh Or Frozen 1 Lrg Orange Sliced
Heat oven to 375β
Place turkey breasts, breast side up in baking dish.
6 lb Boneless Skinless Turkey Breasts
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the turkey breast.
1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Black Pepper
Cover with aluminum foil and seal tightly. Place in oven on center rack.
While turkey bakes wash and slice orange into ΒΌ" slices.

Measure the cranberries and set aside.
1 Cup Whole Cranberries
Bake for two hours. Remove from oven and uncover.
Add the cranberries and orange slices over the meat. Cover and return to oven.
When time is up temp meat with thermometer. It should be 165β when fully cooked.
Remove from oven and allow to rest ten minutes before slicing.
Place slices of turkey meat on serving platter with the cranberries and orange slices as garnish. Serve.
