Lazy Cabbage Roll Casserole Ridiculously Easy Dinner

This large lazy cabbage roll casserole is a ridiculously easy family dinner recipe. Simply make it and bake it, then serve to happy diner's. This cabbage roll casserole uses just five ingredients and makes enough to take to a potluck or buffet.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Sm. Cabbage Cut Into One Inch Pieces
  • 4 lbs. Lean Ground Beef Approximately 2kgs Browned
  • Cups Pasta Sauce We used Catelli brand jarred should be plain as possible
  • 1 Cup Jasmine Rice Uncooked
  • 2 Lrg Cloves Fresh Garlic Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Start by browning the ground beef with the chopped garlic in skillet on medium high heat.
    4 lbs. Lean Ground Beef, 2 Lrg Cloves Fresh Garlic
  • As the meat browns break it apart and drain any excess fat.
  • While the beef browns wash the whole cabbage, remove its outer layer, and cut into one inch pieces.
    1 Sm. Cabbage
  • In a large colander rinse the cabbage pieces again.
  • In a very large bowl add the cabbage and remove any core pieces. Break the cabbage chunks apart as much as possible.
  • Now add the browned beef, rice, and pasta sauce, mix well.
    4 lbs. Lean Ground Beef, 5½ Cups Pasta Sauce, 1 Cup Jasmine Rice, 1 Sm. Cabbage
  • Dump the whole mixture into your three quart (120 oz) casserole dish.
  • Cover tightly with tin foil. Bake in preheated 350℉ oven for two hours.
  • Remove from oven and serve while hot.
