- 8 Hot Italian Sausage Cut in 1" Pieces
- 4 Tbsp Dijon
- 3 Tbsp Honey
Cut the hot sausage on the cutting board using a sharp knife.
8 Hot Italian Sausage
Place raw sausage pieces in the bottom of either air fryer basket.
Set air fryer to 400F and air fry for 20 minutes stopping halfway through to shake basket.
Use a meat themometer when 20 minutes is done to make sure sausage has cooked to 165℉ internally.
While sausage cooks mix the Dijon and the honey in a small bowl and set aside for serving.
4 Tbsp Dijon, 3 Tbsp Honey

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 5–6 minutes.

Other Methods: You can also bake sausage bites on a sheet pan at 400°F for 20–22 minutes, or cook them in a skillet over medium heat until browned on all sides.
