  • Vegetable peeler
  • Cutting board
  • Tablespoon
  • Teaspoon

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Lrg Carrots Washed, Peeled, Cut
  • Water To Cook
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Salted Butter Rounded

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel, and chop the carrots into ¼" slices or thinner.
    6 Lrg Carrots
  • Put the carrots in a saucepan and cover with water. Heat on high heat to boil.

  • Cook uncovered 15-20 for ¼ pieces less for thin slices. Until fork tender.
  • Drain the water and measure remaining ingredients. Add to carrots and stir.
    1 Tbsp Honey, 1 Tsp Ground Ginger, 1 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • Serve while hot.
