The Casserole Base 3 lbs Ground Beef 2 Cups Mixed Frozen Vegetables 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning 1 Cup Green Bell Pepper Chopped 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper Chopped 1 Lrg Onion Chopped 2 Cups Tomato Sauce Cornbread Topping (Can be baked separately) 2 Cup All Purpose Flour ½ Cup White Sugar 8 Tsp Baking Powder 1½ Tsp Salt 2 Cup Cornmeal 4 Lrg Eggs 2 Cups Milk ½ Cup Neutral Oil
In a large mixing bowl toss all the cornbread ingredients together and beat until smooth. Set aside.
2 Cup All Purpose Flour, ½ Cup White Sugar, 8 Tsp Baking Powder, 1½ Tsp Salt, 2 Cup Cornmeal, 4 Lrg Eggs, 2 Cups Milk, ½ Cup Neutral Oil
Add the ground beef to a hot frying pan and brown on medium high heat.

When almost fully browned add the frozen vegetable mix. Allow to thaw.
2 Cups Mixed Frozen Vegetables, 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
Add the peppers and onions, spice and cook until onions are becoming translucent.
1 Cup Green Bell Pepper, 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper, 1 Lrg Onion
Add the pasta sauce and mix well. Pour the meat mixture into a deep casserole dish.
2 Cups Tomato Sauce
Cover the meat mixture with the cornbread batter and spread evenly around.
Bake in a preheated 350℉ for 30-40 minutes or until the cornbread has baked completely.
Serve while hot.
