This easy waffle bacon egg grilled cheese sandwich is a hearty breakfast option. It’s convenient to make using frozen waffles and pre-cooked bacon. Cooking it under the broiler ensures the waffles are evenly crisp and the cheese melts perfectly. With creamy scrambled eggs added for extra protein, this sandwich makes for a satisfying grab-and-go breakfast!
In a large skillet add a five tablespoons neutral oil. Heat on medium heat.
5 Tbsp Neutral Oil
Crack eggs into mixing bowl and whisk together. Add to heated pan with oil.

Allow eggs to partially set before mixing with spatula.
Measure and add the heavy cream to the partially cooked eggs stirring well.
¾ Cup 18% Cream
Continue to cook the eggs until nearly cooked. Remove from heat when still slightly moist.
Preparing Precooked Bacon
Preheat oven to 450℉
On baking sheet add the precooked bacon. Cook for four-five minutes in hot oven to crisp.

Assembling The Sandwiches
Set the oven to HI broil.
Using a butter knife butter one side of each waffle. NOTE: Large bits of butter will burn. Place half of the waffles butter side down on the baking sheet.

Add ¼cup of cheese to the waffle.

Scoop a generous portion of scrambled eggs onto each waffle. Try to cover the whole waffle with egg.
Add two strips of the crisped bacon.
Top with another ¼cup of shredded cheese and place another waffle butter side out on the sandwich.
