Easy Creamy White Bean Hummus With Roasted Garlic

This simple creamy white bean hummus with roasted garlic comes together easily. The smooth protein-rich dip is great for dipping raw vegetables in, spreading on crackers or pita chips and using as a spread in lunch wraps. The delicious recipe is simple and whips up in flash for a tasty homemade snack or appetizer.

1 Small Oven Proof Dish

⅓ Cup Tahini 2.5 Cup Canned Navy Beans Drained (19oz) 8 Cloves Garlic Roasted 3 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Lemon Juiced Black Pepper *optional to garnish/top Paprika *optional to garnish/top
In a small heat proof dish add the olive oil and the fresh garlic cloves (peeled).
8 Cloves Garlic, 3 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Roast in preheated hot oven at 450℉ for 15 minutes.
Measure into the blender the tahini.
⅓ Cup Tahini
Drain and add the navy beans.
2.5 Cup Canned Navy Beans
Blend the tahini and navy beans on pulse setting until beans are mixed well.
Add in the lemon juice and pulse a minute more.
Remove hot garlic and oil from oven and add to the blender.
Continue to blend on pulse setting until mixture is lump free.
Remove from the base and empty into food storage container.
Chill in the fridge before serving to allow flavors to develop.
Optional *Sprinkle with a little black pepper and paprika before serving.
