Cold Dalgona Taro Latte With Caramel And Espresso

This barista-style cold Dalgona Taro Latte with caramel is a beautiful drink to share with friends this summer. Enjoy a tall cold glass of this foamed coffee layered drink with its sweet lavender taro milk over ice for a summer refresher that beats regular iced coffee hands down.

  • 2 Measuring Cups
  • Drink Mixer
  • Tablespoon
  • Tall Glass
  • Small Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Caramel Sauce Hershey's Ice Cream Topping
  • 1 Cup Cold Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Taro Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Espresso Powder Nescafe Gold
  • 1 Tbsp White Sugar
  • ¼ Water Cold

Instructions
 

  • Add one tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk to the bottom of the glass.

  • In a small dish add the caramel sauce and dip the drink mixer to coat.
    2 Tbsp Caramel Sauce
  • Near the bottom of the drink glass spin the caramel coated mixing attachment around once and stop. Repeat slightly higher up on the glass.
  • In a measuring cup add the cold milk and taro powder. Blend using drink mixer with clean attachment. Do not overmix. Pour into drink glass.
    1 Cup Cold Milk, 2 Tbsp Taro Powder
  • In another measuring cup add the espresso powder, sugar and water. Using the drink mixer whip the coffee until it fills the measuring cup.
    1 Tbsp Espresso Powder, 1 Tbsp White Sugar, ¼ Water
  • Pour the Dalgona onto of the taro latte in the cup.
  • Add ice if your so inclined. Or enjoy as is right away for a cold coffee latte.
