Air Fryer Roasted Beets With Peppered Honey

This simple fall side dish is easy to make with your air fryer. The roasted red and yellow beets offer a sweet earthy flavor that complements roast meats. The addition of pepper and honey make the dish a more spicy and well rounded side that they whole family will love.

3 Cups Beets Red & Yellow, Roasted & Diced 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Honey ½ tsp White Pepper
Wash the exterior of beets and remove leaves.
Using knife cut away damaged flesh and stem end.
Make a single layer in air fryer basket.
Set air fryer to roast at 400℉ for 30-40 mins. Check for doneness at 30 mins remove any beets that are done.
In a colander run cold water over the hot beets to cool.
Rub skin off of beets with hands or use small paring knife to carefully lift skin off.
On a cutting board slice ¼" slices of beet and then cut to dice.
3 Cups Beets
Add beets to serving dish with remaining ingredients and stir to coat completely.
1 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp Honey, ½ tsp White Pepper
Serve while hot.
